Acupressure

Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body's life force to aid healing.

Reflexology

In the Eastern world, our feet are viewed as mirror images of the organs in our body and it reflects whether the systems in our body are operating healthy or not. By standing on our feet most of the time, they accumulate lots of stress. Thus, by applying the appropriate techniques, Reflexologists are able to break up patterns of stress in the parts of the body that need special attention and care to. Thus, Reflexology is also called Zone Therapy.

Swedish Massage

Also known as Classic Massage. Therapists use stress relieving lotion to help individuals to restore his/her vitality. It has also shown to help individuals who have poor circulation, joint stiffness and tiredness.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is similar to Swedish Massage. But Deep Tissue Massage has a different pressure and uses different techniques to release knots and chronic muscle tensions.

Bamboo Massage

Bamboo Massage are a substitute of the hands of the therapist. It finds tension, and dissolve knots and trigger points. The massage can go as light or as deep as necessary.
